JY-227 is a macro emulsion of modified organosilicone. It can form a thin uniform film on the die surfaceunder high temperature, provide a smooth release ability at high temperature without anymarks or color on the object.

Usage and dosage
JY-227 can be diluted with thickening water,in the process of dilution, the speed of stirring is between 30rpm to 60rpm, and the time of stirring is recommended for no more than 10min.It is suggested thatused after dilution with aqueous solution of thickening agent, thedilution of 1:80 isrecommended for excellent release.
Package and shipment
200kg/drum,25kg/drum,50kg/drum, IBC, to store in a cool place. To prevent direct sunlight, Non-dangerous goods transportation, shelf life is 9 month.
